Right, so if i understand you correctly, to use an example the in-game unaspected crystal isn't a crystal with no elemental alignment alignment, it instead is a crystal aligned with all the elements but in perfect balance, so it does not tip towards any specific element.
So if aether can exist in this state as a crystal, then surely a Primal can too? That might explain a few of the primals with no obvious elemental alignments like Odin, as I mentioned in my previous post.
This line of reasoning seems to have reached some good conclusions.
To help clear a few things up, I didnt intend to suggest that Sephirot definitely wasn't an earth/wind-aspected entity (Eikon? Primal? Not going there today...), but that this might be a hasty conclusion. Whereas our original six had distinctive elemental embodiments, things are starting to get a bid more blended. Bismarck is probably clouds (water in the wind); Ravana is probably Smoke (burning of the earth). But Bahamut and Odin remain something else, and the Warring Triad might sit somewhere in between.
Sophia is seemingly Judgement and Balance, and there will no doubt be more to learn of her.
Sephirot is a Tree of Life. Earth with Wind is merely erosion unless fed by Water (the arena fills with fluid for his Ultimate) and sustained by the Fires of the sun (see: sun icon in Sephirot's temple). The earth and wind are prominent, but not conclusive in the absence of further evidence (as how Unukalhai cleared up Bismarck) and other indicators casting doubt.
I would really like to see where this all leads.
