Just want to confirm that contacting support works. My order shipped and the code email did not get sent with it, so I contacted them (to see if I could get it quicker) and they gave me my code. :)
So the codes do work now? I got one from Amazon and it said the code was invalid. I told Amazon this and they told me the promotion does not start til tomorrow.
No luck on getting the code. :( Support stated it'll be sent out up to two days after receiving notice of shipping. Guess it's luck of the draw which support person you get.
