She the blandest character in the series since Cloud, even if she's not quite as bad as him. Cloud, he gets turned into a vegetable 3/4 of the way through the game....and you can't tell the difference. -_-
But yes, Kefka is pure Win, though just about ever character in that game is awesome. I would give an honorable mention to the Turks in FF7. Forget Sephiroth, I reallly wish they'd been the main villain(s) instead.
