Like all the five player races, Galka sprang from the tears shed by Altena upon Promathea's death. They were created; they did not evolve. The fact that they reproduce by reincarnation has no bearing whatsoever on their physiology; just because a schlong is not part of their reproductive cycle doesn't mean they don't have one. (Naturally, the game itself does little to clarify this biological mystery.)

Certainly, whether or not they do, there are NUMEROUS examples of romances between Galka and females of the other races. (One, in fact, is central to the plot of the main scenario.) To me, it makes FAR less sense to say that Galka are genderless, yet somehow still attracted to females, than it does to say that Galka were simply created as an all male race, with every biological component that implies.
