Yea you don't need LB if you kill everything 20% faster than everyone else.

To give an idea, imo with good uptime these buffs (assuming everyone was on par before), 4 monks = 5 other dps.

Any fewer than 6 is laughable. I mean, with 6 Mantra, that's like 120% healing. How can you lose?

omg mantra stacks? I feel weak..

So is Internal Release going down to 20%? They say the enhanced Trait is unaffected but is that just them doing their miscommunicating thing? So does that mean the 10% boost to the skill didn't change but that still means it will be going from 30% to 20%? That is going to be what I am assuming.

Given that Enhanced Internal Release says "To 30%" and not "by 10%" and the change explicitly states that the trait is being unaffected. I'm leaning toward it just being a nerf to the cross class.

Yeah but "Increase by 10%" is just not how they word things but that is how it functions. Based on how things tend to get lost in translation I am fully expecting it to be 20% since on a technical standpoint the enhanced version is still Enhanced by 10% which they might get confused on detailing. Guess we will find out Tuesday though :P.

I'm siding with all the logical folks who realize it was a nerf for the cross-class users, namely brd but it also hits drg. In line with the text and the spirit of the changes, you should just expect it to remain unaffected for mnk. They even pointed out that the traited one will be unaffected. I think you're worrying for no reason.

technically, if you had 6 monks, you could permanently have mantra up (20sec/120cooldown). i'm not saying it's viable, but it'd be hilarious.
