tried 2 make another char and cant get on either nothing lets me back on :(

This clearly is not a "per character" issue. It is account wide, due to the fact that both myself, and my fiance were TRYING to play together, and neither of us can log on to ANY of our characters. Even characters on a seperate server are barred from entry

Both characters that were being used when my crash occured, and his normal everyday log out occured are as follows
