I got the same error 3102 at around 4:30 PM EST today, took a break and came back now at 8:00 PM EST and still have it

There is another thread going about this too, but I'll post here as well. I was moving between zones and got kicked off then hit with a 3102 error. This isn't fair, I can overlook this if it was just one character but this affects all my toons on the server. So I can't even play or interact with my friends.

I fixed my issue in the DUMBEST possible way.

I logged in to a computer I control in Chicago, then attempted to login from there. I got 3102. I then went back to my PC in NY, waited about 60 seconds logged in again, and it worked.

I could be that SE fixed my issue at the exact time I tried, but maybe logging in from another IP triggers the 3102 to actually disconnect you from the game.

Same thing happened to me on Gilgamesh. Went from lower la(whatever) to upper la(whatever) possibly visa versa, then it kicked me with error 90000, tried to log in get 3012 still.
