Sad indeed. Good luck in life man. Pass the torch, is there anyone that can try to keep this going? There's a lot of times it seems something posted on jp side of forum doesn't make it to this side..

Thank you Reinheart for everything you did. You helped give us a window into the live letters we otherwise wouldn't have had.
What pursuits or projects are you going off to do Reinheart? I truly will miss what you have done for the community and am also interested in what you will be doing now. Are you leaving ffxiv too? Are you doing translations full time for a company now?
Good luck Rein, thanks for all the time you've put in for the community since 1.0.
Thanks for all the hard work you put in. Staying up and watching the live letters was always fun thanks to your translations. Good luck in whatever your future goals may be.
Someone needs to step up and take up the mantle. I am sure someone has the ability to carry on the translations.
Thank you for everything Rein! :)
Take care! ^^
Just a side note. Reinheart WAS hired by SE, so that could be why he can no longer translate. Either that, or he just can't do it anymore. We'll miss you, though.
take care rein o.o/ kick butt wherever you go -raises a glass in reins name-
Hey Reinheart,
I would like to take off my Bard’s Chapeau and take a deep bow for all the (live) translations you’ve given us.
I know that you were trying your best to get a job as translator(/localization employee) at SE, so i’m keeping my fingers crossed that your message means that you’ve managed to reach another milestone in your dream and managed to get hired by SE.
I wish you the best with your endeavours and let’s keep in touch on both the forums as well as in game. (^_~ )-b
You have my Moogle-mail-address. (^_~ )
Again, best of luck to you Reinheart!
- C’rysta.
Goodluck Reinheart!
And thx for the translations from the 1.0!
Thanks for all Reiny and goodluck! :)
wow that is a huge loss for the community. :(
Rein thanks for all the translations - that was so incredible much time that you spent voluntarily.
I really appreciate what you've done and how you've helped us.
Best of luck for you and your future, but i'm in no way worried due to your incredible language skills.
Cheers
The community will very miss you, thanks for all!
Thanks for your time Reinheart !
Best of luck for your next goal ;)

Wish you to have a great life <3
Thanks a lot for all the hard work you did for us.
May you have lots of fun in whatever you decide to do next :)

Hopefully he comes back doing the same thing, but officially :)
The loss of your open translations is a loss to the community, however I hope you are able to bring us translations officially in your new job. I've never actually talked to you, but I've read your posts since I joined this forum in 2011 and I've always appreciated your work.
Farewell and I'm glad you reached your goal.
Keep posting up the Japanese you guys want translated, there are other people on this forum who can translate it (me being one), so we can still try and keep it going :P Mightn't be as quick as Reinhart or as good, but better than nothing!
Just saw all the stuff on his twitter. 'Grats man, living the dream ;)
I haven't had time to read these in a bit, but I would like to thank you for all the hard work you did over the last years. I used to be glued to your posts like a kitten to tuna!
I wish you all the best in your future endeavors. The FFXIV will miss you.
Awesome job Reinhart, goodluck on your future job. I was wondering before why you would be unable to continue translations, now I understand why, they'd be afraid of you leaking information before it as intended to be released.
Watch out for Godzilla in Tokyo.
P.S. Unrelated note - HD, you punk! Glad to see you're still around.
Thanks for all the work Rein. If you have got a job at SE, I hope you demanded a subligar allowance.

(Manly Tears)
I hope we'll hear from you again, SE or not.
Farewell sweet Prince of Translation!
no translations on the next live letter? :(
it will never be the same without translations
but i still have hope to see maybe an official live translation from Reinheart on the next live Letters, if he works for SE now ^_^
And the english community now goes back to being ignored and uninformed was nice being in the loop of the jp forums and live letters
I wont say we are uninformed by any means it just take longer for us to get the translation. With Reinheart doing the translation we got the information about the same time as the JP did. Now that he be working for SE that just just means we have to wait for normal translation from the dev team. That take time due to process they do to give us the translation.
He got his dream job and that the only thing that matter and i'm happy for him. His work on the forums would be missed and we may just have to get use to the idea of waiting for the official translation for live letter/dev post and interviews.
-Good job rainheart hope to hear from you on here very soon :)-
If you did get hired by SE, a big congrats to you, Rein! I know you've been fighting for it for a while. When I'm next down in LA, I'd love to buy you a drink!
It's a bit sad, but thank you very much for all the work you done for the community, I hope you'll reach your next goal(s).
Take care.
so if he really did get a job at se (not saying it's a lie i just don't wanna straight out say something i can't prove) during the duty commence they said chances are someone new is comming (or at least what i was told not sure if true) do you think it could be him? O: and maybe they will try to be sly and give him a new forum name like camate and stuff and trick us O: (just a random thought that passed through my head)
Just wanted to drop in and say congratulations . Good luck wherever life lands you, perhaps we will meet again under different curcumstances.
Here's hoping they let you use a subligar for your forum avatar Rein :P
Reinheart please let us know when you can meet and force Yoshi-P to use subligar outside.
That's the time i'm willing to let you go with ease. Good luck and big congratulations !
