I'm trying to be as patient as i can about all of this...
...but, i am tempted to try and go into "Account Management" and delete both accounts & try to re-add the first one, to see if that fixes it.
But at the same time, i dont want to screw things up worse, so i guess ill wait.

As a Legacy user on PS3, I fixed my issue here. I've been playing Early Access on PS3. I hope that helps someone.
If your issue wasn't just like mine, then, as SE's tech note says, you might have to contact them and have them manually update your account's status. Try calling them on Monday. Ha. Ha. Hahaha. :-/
As for the guy who said he already took a bunch of caffeine in anticipation, now I can understand even more of the frustration ;) Sorry, dawg. Run it off. You've got the pre-game jitters.

I am not sure if this will help anyone. I have a solution: Call Gamestop tomorrow , even if you did not preorder from them, and they will give you an EA key. I called 3 different stores and got codes from them after I explained I did not receive my code on Friday. They hooked me up pretty quickly. This did not work for me, however. I am going to call in the morning and tell them what's up. Keep in mind I did preorder through them. They did not ask to verify my account, etc. Just handed me the code over the phone. Much easier and much faster than quick changing amazon. I am going to call Square Enix tomorrow concerning my ticket and see if they can link my EA to right account as opposed to my mystery "service account number 2". I really do think it's a server error. Or just wait out the next few hours. Depends on you guys. :P

My issue was I played 1.0 but wasn't a legacy. I didn't have any characters on the one service account but it still existed. Made the PS3 service account by accident as everyone else did, and found I couldn't play on PC as well, because the active service account only had the PS3 credentials on there.
Went to Amazon and preordered the PC addition - sent code within 2 mins of ordering and then I cancelled my order. Credit card was never charged.
Did this as a temp fix until my ticket is answered and they combine my two service accounts so I can keep the access to PC as well. They stated we wouldn't have to buy the PC version again, so this is what I'm hoping for.
