You couldn't be bothered to log in during the event, which is laziness on your part. It's an event. You should expect all event items to be a one-time thing only.

I totally disagree... My computer blew up. Literally. I was picking plastic out of my hair all day. Just because you got a swimsuit does not give you the right to demean others.

I'm pretty sure she's not demeaning anyone other than those who had the ability to play XIV at that period but chose not to and now that they feel XIV is worth playing they want everything they missed when the game was F2P even without a cashshop for over a year.

That describes quite a lot more people than who literally had no ability to play. Anyone would get irritated at people feeling entitled to everything even when they weren't around.

I guess we must learn our lesson..revolve our lives around FFXIV and their event, screw RL or these incidents that may actually legit and get in the way of us playing...lest we will never be able to get the in game item again! Thanks SE, they might also want to remove that little warning about RL coming first...clearly that is not the case or their intention. <3

Next time there is a holiday..like Christmas...screw going to visit family, I will have to stay home to obtain the item.

I wonder if they want to phase out those particular swimsuits for some aesthetic reason. I really hope not as I like the male swimsuits.

I can tell who she was referring to mainly though ;p

It would be nice for another shot at earning them someway even if its for a short time before 2.0.

Please bring them back!!! Let us buy them off an npc or something :).
