Not for me, that is actually BLM and RDM. You get to bounce between fire and ice or bounce between light and dark while staring at the gauge and slide casting attacks. Mind you at some point, the RDM does get a burst of excitement while the formers only real excitement is getting to cycle for mana and avoid attacks. Also note, as a BLM, I would say 50% of healers have likely prioritized you as the last to heal because they do not exactly understand how as a BLM, you have a long cooldown, yet awesome shield, but that is literally it, no self healing like all the other classes at mid game. So I feel Scholar is a step up from that. I will say though that Sch healing is still much more fluid than current Ast and we will have to see what happens there for the future. Personally, the Holy Trinity (Tank - Heal - DPS) has almost always created its own issues like this. I almost wish there was a mechanics that kept all three in check and that they made all classes more action paced. Of course I offer no good way they could accomplish this since most games are all 1000% about doing the most damage the quickest to end the encounter. Part of me thinks it would be hilarious if they added a random reflect, but that would likely just punish the healers.
