Whether or not this is his or her fault there should be a log of some sort that this incident did occur and he should be able to call a GM if something like this should occur with fixes to the issue not just "Sorry to bad better luck next time, there is nothing we can do about this issue." That is part of customer service in games now doing anything else is just being lazy on Squares and yes it may be the customers fault for not keeping track of his or her inventory but you should always except something like this from the general population.

For as long as I can remember, your loot list goes straight to your inventory when zoning out of dungeons. There's a system message before going into every one that tells you so. It's so Player A, who didn't participate in the raid, can't get an item he didn't work for.
This is the most pointless discussion I've seen since forever. This isn't a problem. When it is, it's the player's fault. Do you want a warning when you're about to die ingame, too?
I've never had this issue lol, but there are people out there who have and they aare the ones that need these systems in place.
