What's the point of ranks?

He's not trolling the FFXIV forums, he's giving criticism to SE amongst all the fanboyism through this cesspool, as I see it. SE wants our opinions, they will have them. Every single one of us.

Really whats this talk about FFXIV giving a chance since it's a new game? If you bought a brand new cellphone but you discovered that it had all these flaws in it... would you return it or get the repair guy to have a look at it because the store can update/fix/whatever is wrong with it. I know MMOs evolve over time blah blah but the point of presenting a product initially is to present it with the least amount of flaws so it appeals to the most amount of audience.

As it stands, this game sucks. And SE will hear our opinions.

@Punxsutawney, I just noticed your rank 25 lol at that rank the game is good because you level fast, you're not tied down and you have a hope for when you hit 50. Ah you're going to be so upset when you get to 33 and repeat the same leves over and over till 50 when you're welcomed with Nothing but SE saying "We're sorry".

"I spent my money on it, they owe me something"

Well my reply would be that whatever the amount of money you spent on the game is only worth as much as you want it to. So if you feel like getting your money's worth, then play and complain all you want. But to some people, they might just not care about the amount they paid and don't care either way on how the game ends up, so they just quit.

Either way, we're not forced to play it but rather we're driven by our personal justification as to why we should play it.

For me, I play it because I got an awesome Linkshell going and doing something besides school, study, doing homework and essays is really boring... so why not fill in the time with this beta that I paid to get into? :D

How is me saying I was not into end game because of the attitude of ppl is giving an high and mighty attitude. I have ADD and a plesent perk is the smallest things can amuse me. Like I have fun playing with me 1 year old nephew cuz I personally like his toys. And they are fun and he is fun to play with.
