this was posted in the japanese FORUM. In some THREAD. After some GUY asked SPECIFICALLY about it because it was NOT clear, then an english speaking PLAYER posted this in some PAGE in some FORUM.

SE should be clear in the process of migration with their clients. They should also be able to cancel this poor guy's transfer when it hasn't even taken place.

Please don't try to paint SE as the victim. They did a disgustingly half assed job in both explaining things and handling their paying clients.
