I've seen all the Hyperion posters in game. Never played or talked with them though.

I have noticed a few players on the forum in some Void Ark runs but never really said "oh hey your from the forums", lol

Seal Rock is totally what JP people do if I remember correctly. It's totally fine if you're ranged DPS or healer lol.

I'm just someone from SE Asia and I just understand basic Japanese language and in my server I always depend on Google Translate for kanji and stuff xD

I've been recognized in game as the cosplayer...in DF "oh hay ur dat cosplay gurl" and basically most people from FFXI remember me...I love meeting new people/old friends so I welcome it :D THE MORE THE MERRIER!!!

I've ran into Miles Saintborough twice, once as a fellow co-healer WHM in LotA that got utterly destroyed because it was only my second time there (T_T), and another time in a leveling roulette as a newbie Machinist.

Haven't really recognized anyone else though, besides Ashkendor, but that's because we're in the same FC so that doesn't count.
