Oh, I see that makes sense. From what I see, it appears that the weapon tomestone is obtained by weekly clears of Midas NM. However, it's hard to tell for certain.

People a week ago were complaining about the drop rate for crystals and SWORE up and down that SE would nerf it due to all of the complaints they somehow saw everywhere.

None are talking about the smn buff? I don't know about you guys but as a blm i have to wonder how much closer to ST damage they will now be?
The buff seems rather significant, especially seeing as they also have higher aoe potency...

Yeah I thought the same thing, it seems to have slipped past a lot of peoples' radars. It's a straight buff.
