Do you have enough seals to promote past recruit and then pay for the chocobo insurance? We still dont know how much it is to rank past recruit, or if you'll even have to do another quest once you turn in the seals toward that rank.

You know that this is an idea for next year right? No way they will have something like this for mounts so soon after release the basic system. Hence a suggestion for next year... (I can use periods also)

I asked Yoshida about the reasoning behind the implementation and he said that his first and foremost goal is that everyone be able to easily make use of the new transportation methods.

Sounds fine to me. Get the basic implementation down first, add additional content as it's ready.

Good idea. You're going to be releasing more mounts in the future, so this seem like an appropriate first step. Just make sure to make those mounts a little or a lot more difficult to obtain!

Make a quest ---> good plot storyline unlock within 30min-1hr of work problem fixed -.- vs working hours to get the point you need to make 3k points.

so delay the chocobos for another 2 weeks to a month just to add a quest that takes 30 mins to complete? hmmm
