My graditude. Please show yours <Calling all devs!>

Most of those Travesty-like people just don't understand that making games is mostly about one thing: Entertaining others. Those developers are spending years, if not their entire life on games so you can have fun, and no, money is most not the main motivation there. If you want money, you don't work in the gaming industry. (Yeah, yeah, the higher ups certainly get some good cash, but not the actual designers and developers.)

They make this stuff because they enjoy it when other people enjoy their work. If they don't, there is no point in what they are doing, and thinking "I'll just have to try harder!" only works for so long before you're burned out.

With that being said: I definitely do enjoy this game, and 1.19 looks simply awesome. Keep it up, devs!

I just wanted to say thanks again for all the hard work, if this game as it is now is a reflection of 2.0 count me in!

You guys may think me of a troll of some-sort(kinda am in a way I guess), doesn't mean I can't see what these guys are doing. Everything I said back then still counts today and what they have implemented. Even if I don't like something or I don't want something. Doesn't mean I don't think this is the best mmo right now. I just would like it to go in a different direction, even if it doesn't I will still be playing because I love this game and all the friends I have met on the game as well! It just has a different feel to it.

Also hate on me all you want~ It's not going to change a thing ;)

Yea, I think this is a great message. When I read all the interviews with Yoshi-P I am nothing short of inspired. He has an amazing attitude and you can really tell that this game is a labor of love. I recently re-"subscribed" and I am blown away with how much the game has improved since launch. Thank you FFXIV team (all of you) for your hard work and dedication. I am so excited about what the future holds!

And also thank you Rokien for bringing a little positivity to the board. :)

developers are only doing what they are told, problem is management
