hahahah how SE got balls and i love it (happy thread please)

I'm fine with jumping as long as it's motion captured and has a cooldown.

I'd still prefer the content-sensitive jump of FFXIII though.

i love this game i pretty much loved whatever SE published for years now but if i have to see people jumping around me in towns i ll quit! if thats what the mmo community wants mb its time for me to go back to my good old singleplayer games :)

Good job SE, but don't listen to the idiots that want jump on a CD or want to be able to turn off jump animations. Make them watch it, I promise it'll be for the better, as they actually see that watching someone jump doesn't kill them.
And honestly, if you can't rationalize how jump will be useful in ff14, might be time to hang up the mouse and keyboard, go outside, and do things, like run, play basketball, jump over a log, etc. You have let mmos and videgames rot your frail brains.

Seriously guys, who cares if they add jumping? Is it REALLY that detrimental to the experience?

i dont understand how you fail to even imagine that some ppl can do both things ....
instead of adding jump to that game why dont you all move to another game that alrdy has it?

So sven, please enlighten me. You want all the people who want to be able to jump in this game to go to another mmo? So basically you want, everyone to leave, this game to have 300 players and SE cancel the game. You sir, are Albert Einstein in disguise....

am I the only one keeping a mental note of all the people who are being overly smug about the addition of "jump" so I can spam them later? (you know what they say about payback....) :)

scrolling up this thread all you see is ppl wanting jump to be added?
u see only me and 299 others not wanting it in?
if so you should read more carefully next time :)
and yes id want ppl that want to make xiv look like wow to go play something else :)

not to be mean but if u re goin to try to spam us with jumping us should do so with something that we ll be able to actually see ^_^

Another thing to be happy about, they'll be improving LS communication so you won't have to switch LS to talk in it!
