This is a pretty badass idea, the goblin could be an NM named red baron or something and every once in a while his plane would break down and he would have to land to fix it and you could then attack him (or he will fix his plane and fly away again) and possibly kill him and then he would have like a 2-3 day pop before he starts terrorizing everyone with his bombs again!
