Sorry SE, but endgame won't work if you don't fix something.

According to our screens we are out of the red zones with 40-50% of the bar still to go. thats the problem the latency between some players and the servers is so poor we are being told that everything is honky dory only to find out the servers see it differently.

the tells and everything else is being delayed when its sent to the players screen sometimes I can be as much as 5 seconds behind what the server is doing try getting out of a 2.5 second cast when the tell hasn't even shown up yet or try healing a tank when the damage is only showing seconds later (yup you can spam healing to get past this but its a waste of MP and useless for removing status effects)

Bumping for good measure.

Coils can be especially difficult some times with the delay. Interupt, passing rot, etc. just becomes super frustrating when most mechanic end game have no room for messing up.

And even with perfect internet connection, other players always look like this while moving;

Either way people will leave the game if it's not fixed (I am).
The difference is:
1) SE answers: I will leave but with still a high esteem of the company and maybe even come back later.
2) SE ignores it: I will leave, never come back, and never play another SE game due to poor CS. CS is what makes the difference.

Daily bump. You have to be in a lot of denial to recognize from a screenshot that someone is clearly out before the end of the cast bar (doesn't matter how close to the end, they are still out before the end), see they still get hit.. and STILL insist there's not a problem.

Kind of like the first video I posted. A lot of people will dismiss it because I hesitated and therefore the skill could have been dodged. But if you bother to watch it, and pause it, I'm still out before the cast finishes. The video wasn't meant to show how I shouldn't get hit even if I hesitate. It's to show you get hit even when out before the cast bar finishes if you get out at the tail end.

That does happen, and that's what needs to be fixed. Yes you can work around it but you shouldn't have to. That's the point of this thread.

Eh not gonna argue my opinion anymore cause obviously I'm the only person in all of Eorzea that thinks this way but I'll leave on this: Squares usually seems to be pretty quick on owning up to their mistakes in this game so if there was a serious or game breaking latency issue they would have likely admitted it by now with a dev response or something so if they haven't than there liekly isn't a game breaking problem. My opninion take it or leave it prbably the latter but i'll leave it anyway

How about it being in the accepted bugs list? Cause it's been there but people still keep arguing...

im sick of this post. personally, i understand your argument, you are out of the circles well before they happen, however, that just means its a problem on your end, not the games, cuz i can do what your taling about, be out at 99 percent, and i dont get hit. So its gotta be you guys, i have 0 problems, and theres a lot more people who have 0 problems dodging things, than there are people with problems failing at a game thats easy.
