The 3102 occurred mid-combat with no apparent reason. It's been roughly an hour, and the issue has failed to resolve itself.

I logged out normally just to test if i could log out and log in, now i got 3102. I just want to play an hour or so, i dont ask for much.

Couldn't find NA/EU servers for about 30 min. ->
After becoming able to find Hyperion and my character, attempted to login. ->
Error 3102 for more than 30 min.
