Just look and compare the number of the "worlds"/servers: there are 25 servers for JP and 25 servers for the rest of the world!
What calculation was used to determine the numbers and proportion?
We choke the instance servers in no time while JP players are basking in luxury and freedom. What is actually JP gaming audience numbers compared to the rest of the world?

It is not about being patient on our side anymore.
It is about miscalculation on FFXIV team part: we just harvest the consequences.

There's no easy way to clear the congestion if there no servers resources.
There are many MMOs out there that go a great distance to invest into server infrastructure.
One of the bright examples is EVE-online. They have an outstanding system based on cluster servers on the fiber network that runs ONE world-instance for all the players.
There's also successful examples of GW2 and WoW infrastructure and so on ...

I do not except stupid mantra "they will eventually fix it": this is very unprofessional!
I never accepted release of "half-baked" software products to the public use.
Unfortunately, it is a way software developers have chosen and we as consumers let them cheat us!

Europeans are getting shafted for real.

I mean, 739 millions people and 6 servers

NA 529 millions and 19 servers

Japan 120 millions and 25 servers.

there is probably more european players than Japan and NA put together....
