Frustratingly, yes. I even, upon the advice of SE phone support, opened a separate request under a different ticket. The only thing that got me was a "yes, we know you really want your fantasia, please be patient as we are investigating on a first come, first serve basis, yadda yadda yadda..." reply. Phone support thought filing another request might go to a different GM or support team. Judging by the response, I think it went straight to the same GM / team. Not surprising.
