Hol' up, masculine hairstyles can look cute on females as well. More masculine hairstyles thanks!

The devs should really look into various different male hairstyles, both within and without Japan. I'm still waiting for that traditional topknot hairstyle that a few NPCs wore back in Stormblood. How do you miss adding that into the game!? That's super Samurai themed right there!
Back in 4.0. It's the last actually short, masculine hairstyle we got before being flooded by "unisex" styles.

Probably because most people would find it kind of ugly(opinion but still). Seriously though, I don't understand how the real life samurai thought the chonmage was a good idea. Maybe instead of shaving the front of your head so you can tuck the rest of your long hair under your helm you could... I don't know, cut your hair?
There is this one hairstyle that I don't know the name of that I would think would be really good though. It has the guy's hair sort of held up, and then let down in the back, sort of like if Hien's ponytail was elevated. I don't remember the name of it.
The "everyone can play every class on one character" is one of the most infuriating concepts that has failed to adapt to the growing game. While it can be nice to switch between classes in the same role, gearing multiple roles to bis is damn near impossible to do in a timely fashion.
Omnicrafting takes away social elements of crafter's/gatherers relying on each other for mutual gain. I can just craft everything I need/want while tucked away on my island sanctuary.
If ffxiv wants to put the focus on story, it'll just become swtor with a bigger budget. Mmorpgs should work towards getting players to socialize and interact with each other so that everyone is uplifted but kinda like the story itself, ffxiv seems to be about elevating the single player.
The changes to savage fights are both good and bad but my hottest take on that topic is that the big af hitboxes are a trash solution to appease a culture that yoship doesn't even like. I hate playing WAR and being able to hit the boss from the corner of the arena while the boss model is tiny compared to the hitbox. I know it's a bit silly but even more silly is thinking that character is in anything remotely close to "melee range". Ruins class fantasy for me sometimes.
Fights that do this also completely invalidates ranged tax. This results in less people wanting to play ranged classes and will only do so for that buff. Pf parties still want it so now ranged classes are almost as rare as healers/tanks.
Another take is that sometimes, the loud criticism about Hrothgar/Viera hats and hairstyles is a ploy to distract the playerbase that they are nickel and diming us in the cash shop and from the fact that housing is still screwy, both in acquisition and in the decorating mechanics, and that they've given us less than half the race models they used to on a lower budget.
Yoshi-P: Let's put a damage tax on ranged classes (including PLD lol) because they can hit the boss from literally anywhere. Oh and let's make MCH a selfish DPS that doesn't actually bring enough damage to outweigh bringing a BRD or DNC.
ALSO Yoshi-P: Let's give melee classes two charges of True North, strip them of most of their positionals (lol monke), make the few positionals that remain practically irrelevant, and make the bosses hitboxes extend through both time and space because God forbid a melee loses a single GCD to lack of uptime.
The wings fashion accessories were supposed to be healer achievement mounts with :
-pixies/blue pixies for SCH
-angel/archangel for WHM
-for AST they went "what goes with planets and space ? giants robots of course", so they designed the Icarus wings but made a job around it instead and scraped the concept of healer mounts, because who care anyway.
