Will the weight affect the BIS and all? But ignoring accuracy, seems like that's the "BIS" for now.

Also just want to check, how much does the SKS affect the DOT abilities since the SKS is up to 655 now.

Doesn't mitigate DoT clipping. The actual multiplier is between 0.00009 -> 0.00013 per point of skillspeed from 354.

And the weight could affect the BiS sets as CRT is exponential and the weight of SS decreases slightly...
