I have a few questions for those of you that were successful in having your phial restored:

1. How long did the process take from your first GM inquiry, to finally getting the phial mailed to you? For me, it's been nearly a month (9 Dec), and I am still waiting...
2. Did any of you submit a second ticket before your initial request had been granted, due to slow response time?

I'm getting a little frustrated, as I've read accounts of people getting their phial restored in under a week's time. In my case, I don't understand what the hold up is. 10 or 11 days ago, I got the GM reply that they acknowledged that I understand that I will be using my one-time restoration, etc etc...

I'm tempted to just submit another request via a separate ticket to see if that gets things moving any faster. But would like to get some input first from anyone that may have done this. Thanks!

1. After i tell them all Informations (Name,Server) i became the Potion after a few hours ingame in Moogle Post.
2. Hm i do it so : Send a ticket via Support "can u pls restore this item".
After 1-2 hours i become a Standart Email and they ask for more informations. I answer them on this email and thats all i do.

While I also wouldn't mind paying for additional fantasias it would be nice to also see an eyecolor and skin color change option included with the salon. I really don't see how adding that would be a problem.

i thought they already posted about this? Something to the extent of it coming out as well as a Naminway card to change names too. Calm your tits gentlemen, it's coming.

I requested my item restoration on the 22nd (maybe I wanted fantasia for christmas) of December. On the 24th they "escalated my request" and said they would "begin investigating the matter further."

One week later, no reply I send them another message inquiring about the progress. They basically said it takes time and to be patient. After a few more days I inquired again. They told me it was still under investigation.

As of today it has been 14 days. I have since inquired again, but it hasn't prompted them to do anything faster. Is anyone else having a slow time at restoring this? If they'd add it as buyable, in-game or via Mog Station, they could work on more important issues than restoring fantasia. While it will not keep me from playing, it DOES hinder my game experience.
