will we be able to use our current character as canvas to work upon when designing our 2.0 character?
2 part question
1. What happened to the in-game item we got from FFXIII and if there is any PS3 items when it launches, will current PC owners be able to get it if they also buy the PS3 version?
2. If I were to get into the beta, how do I seek permission to live stream the game? That's assuming I get it, and I do mean the Beta, not the Alpha.
Regarding mail system, are you planning to implement a "cash on delivery" feature?
Not to start a mud slinging contest but guys, please read. instead of hurrying up to the last page and posting your question, take the time to read the posts, youre questions may have already been posted and "Liked" by others. yes theres a lot of posts now, it would likely be a third smaller however if people would just read the questions and "Like" the ones they agree with or would ask themselves rather than multi posting the same questions. This would then leave us with a smaller list and less questions to read, instead of 37 pages (at this point) with about 5 or so questions being asked over and over and over. Even better is some of these questions have already been answered prior to this thread, even multiple times.
I know, i know. This may sound like an absurd notion. Perhaps i can offer one of multiple solutions. Read from page 1-??, like the questions you think are good. Remember the page you left off of and start there again later on or the next day. Its not angering about multi posted questions or questions that have been answered already, but it is kind of annoying and shows people don't read instructions or are just lazy and figure those rules are just suggestions and apply to everyone else but themselves.

When you have a house is it possible do something in your house like cooking with your cooking skill instead of kneel down on the ground and cook or garding in your own garden? Just wanna see it as real as possible

Can you let the players of the original version to access the raven nevermore quest in ARR? It is a shame to drop that quest the fight is so exciting and fun!
- Will there be more soundtracks in ARR? (same as the exquisite music used in FFXI for the countless zones)
- Can there be enhanced magic skills, better / more skillschains and probably a 2hr ability :)
Several questions come to mind.
1. Will Gardening be introduced like it was in FF11.
2. If so... Would players be able to harvest materia from it?
3. Would materia that existed in FF7 be added to FFXIV such as, Reflect, W-magic, Quadra Magic, Double/Quadruple Attack?
4. Will Dragon, Drake, Wyvern, Wyrm NMS, HNMS be introduced into FFXIV?
5. Would said Dragon, Drake, Wyvern, Wyrms NMS, HNMS fly off and change area to add more strategic/fun aspects to battle? ex. At a certain point of battle they would do a knock back ability and fly off to different part of map, or different map....sort of like monster hunter.
6. Will being able to jump add a strategic effect to fights or is it just for fun?
7. Will race effect heavily on what class you play?
8. Whats the point of being multi language when Japanese players treat others like idiots and wont help, but still want help from the people they treat so bad.
How soon till thief becomes a playable class?
What about NM's importance, will those be taken more seriously in 2.0, so we can have impossible to gauge open world roaming NM's like Vrtra? (not bothered by too many ppls because of their power)
Is there a plan of a real task board where clients claim for NM's head with some story?
Is there a plan on having massive real time open world events, like some of the new MMO's?
Will the world transportation be more restrictive than 1.0? (i mean less places where you can teleport and you have to actually walk/chocobo to certain places)
Will those of us who already have a class at or over level 10 still have to complete the tutorial quests before we can access the armory system? I believe it was previously stated that the armory system would be locked for new players until they had gone through the tutorial quests and reached level 10.
Since dyed gear is losing its "Name (color)" title, how will we be able to specify which Felt Bracers (for example) we want in a macro if the blue one has STR and the un-dyed has DEX?

Since gear set supposedly take the gear out of your inventory, will you be able to use the same piece of gear in more than one gear set?

Would you consider more city events, similar to that of what is happening in Uldah at the moment?

An idea popped into his head that would be hopefully not too difficult to implement and would be tremendous fun. A defacto 'Festival of the Hunt'
Uldah, Limsa, Gridania once a month, year [whatever] a scored event where players fight solo against oncoming hordes of enemies throughout the city!
For those not in the know-how the 'Festival of the Hunt' was an event in the city of Lindbum where they annually release hordes of monsters for competitors to face off against. Playing as the main character you chop your way up the leader board!

Yoshi once said he thought lvl caps should increase around every 2 years(i think it was 2 years).I guess it was almost 2 years ago he said this by now. With the development of 2.0 i understand that a lvl expansion must be much further down the line as you have still been creating lvl 50 content for ARR. So my question I guess is should we expect to see a lvl cap increase after 2 years of ARR launch or sooner.
Yoshi said before that certain content such as Ishgard would take an extra year to put in game and would be included in the first big expansion. Can we expect to see a big expansion in the first year with a possible lvl cap increase.
Will there every be untradeable gathered materials and untradeable dropped materials craft for ourselves untradeable equipment? I think it would give crafters a bit more to do than make spiritbond equipment and do repairs, and would be better than every dungeon just dropping competed items that are untradeable.
Are you still planning to introduce Drakes and Ahrimans as mounts?
Do you still plan on auto-vendoring peoples Militia Gigs for a mere ~400gil, or will you leave those alone in await for the return of spearfishing, or give more for them?

[As the main story and Grand Company plots have been the thing that I loved the most about 1.0, I hope that the game reconizes the fact that this is a continuation for me and not treat my character like a stranger.]
