Having the same problem after talking with Painted Mesa and accepted his Duty Quest.
Quest name: Into a Copper Hell

No longer getting Error 90000 but instead just getting the loading screen. Unsure if this is just masking the issue. Still no LS etc so I suppose it's not fixed.

You know what would be easier is to make a ingame button for when youre in open world to force you out of that status when you arnt in a dungeon.

Well, I'm not getting 90000 anymore but the main problem stays the same.

Same here Karan_Vess... No longer getting disconnected but cant access linkshell and Free company, nor send tells to someone.

Easy way to know if problem still persists is /tell someone and if you get: "/tell unavailable while bound by duty" then it's broken.

I can't believe SE knows about this problem since the beta and they did nothing to fix this, unbelievable.
