Did it say your issue was being resolved or that you are SOL?
So has anyone had this error fixed for them yet? I sent out 2 emails already one at 4:20 this morning and another around 11am CST. Still no response back. ALL HAIL THE NEW ERROR 3108!
Just fixed my issue using the Amazon trick.Quote:

Select #1 and it says "This service account cannot be used in the current environment."
Select #2 and I get character creation screen without my existing character.

On a serious note, you are literally generating zero extra work for Amazon or Square Enix, the codes are randomly generated. i suppose if they DIDN'T work and you called about them then yeah maybe. Other than that nobody is working harder because you reserved another game. Sorry.
I did this and it did not work for me! I am legacy switching to PS3,I can play on PC but not on my PS3. I have tried using 2 codes from amazon and my original from game stop.
Where do I redeem it? I've put it on SE website and can't on FFXIV management site because you can't register any codes on there at the moment.

Pretty sure we are on the backburner right now. Since they are having heavy traffic issues not fixing this issue lightens the load for right now.
