Data Centers/World Locations Info from the LIVE Letter

Well, probably everyone I know is in NA so not a big deal for me. But I can't see too many people going out of their way to pick a server outside of their physical region due to latency. People that have friends in Europe and Asia are more than likely going to get separated.

Well at least the people who have been frustrated by "JP ONRY" have something to celebrate. All my ls buddies and such are NA for the most part, so not too worried

That does tend to happen I notice (NA/EU side gets neglected from a Korean/Chinese/Japanese/PI MMO.)

the only way i can see this work is if i can select the world everytime i log in.
if i play during the daytime i'll connect to the EU server.
if i want to play during the nighttime i'll connect to the NA one.
(i know this isn't gonna happen.)

This really sucks, especially because there are a lot of English speaking players that don't live in North America, but if I want a lag free (or minimal lag) server, guess which one I'll have to pick? Plus a lot of my friends (like Seirra) don't live in NA so I'll be losing out on a good chunk of awesome people no matter which server I pick.

I kept laughing at the WoW clone claims we were constantly getting all the time, but after all this time they just might have been right.

I won't be quitting over this but there's just no way for me to even explain how massively disappointed I am to have to break up my community like this.

This will happen very fast. Sucks to be the person that works that one shift where everyones playing.
