Definitely not most but there will be some that can be repeated in order to compensate for that fact that you can level multiple classes. I'd say the big story arcs for each new area are a toss-up as to whether or not they will be repeatable. It all depends on if they're dynamic and change the area around you, in which case I say "no it won't be repeatable".
All the devs have to do is have a plethora of content that all reward progress (in the form of exp) so that anything you do builds up your character. They need to hide the grind within the grind.
You won't notice that you're grinding if:
- You're doing a very interesting quest chain with a nice story.
- You're doing a low-mid level dungeon with friends.
- You're doing main storyline missions.
- You're doing grand company relate missions/quests.
- You're doing class and job quests.
...and they reward exp.
If they make you say "oh shit I gained a level" and you didn't notice. They've succeeded.
What I wanna know, is where did you get that new screenshot?
I want to know as well! I cant find it anywhere!
That screen was on the SquareMembers pages but i think it's part of the E3 media kit that the press received these days.
Here is the bigger version :D

Thank goodness their actually going to fill the game world with content for leveling! While I don't want WoW clone style solo quest grinds, I don't think that's the only way to make quests like it's some law of land. I think the concept of growing stronger by actually doing adventurous tasks like so many other RPG's, including the majority of the Final Fantasy series, is worth while.
And with a cross server LFG tool on day one, I find it hard to believe we won't find anyone to party up with for hours on end, ever.
