To be clear, this isn't the only content creator doing this. I will link more examples if I have the time.

The content creators farm clout, views and ad revenue off of outrage. Why would we expect them to take any causes seriously, especially at a time when FFXIV is hot in the news? The Clickbait journalists, and out of touch content creators will just corrupt any message we're trying to send.

Journalists are down there with politicians when it comes to slimy individuals.

As others have commented for most content creators it's all about click baiting people for views rather than accurately covering a topic.

I know we all don't expect much from content creators nowadays, but the fact that some of them are harassing others on stream, looking up their logs, calling players "bot players", et cetera, is just sad.

This is why I ignore all e-celebs. They only care about themselves and how much money they can make. They have a massive ego thinking that what they say is the law of the game's community. I swear I can't even go on YouTube to check out a new emote in a patch to see what it looks like without the first result being fucking Meoni with a 15 minute video to showcase a 4 second animation. Get out of here with that.
Hope the strike goes well, you have my support even if I don't play healer, cause it's boring.

Only valid point Content Creators have said I agree on is the game has a Content Design problem which leads to a very stagnant easy game at all levels, imbalanced Classes, bad gearing system(play all jobs but can only gear one), horrible leveling system, low Role responsibilities.

When it comes to High Horse Creators basically saying that if you don't do Savage/Ultimate you don't matter or you are just a bot I find laughable since more then half of these people had been exposed to using Mods and 3rd Party tools to help clear the "real game" during Omega Protocol or would deny that they partied up with people that cheated.

Hard to take them seriously after that fiasco. When that happened we will all have to ask for any raid that comes out is if the Raiding Community cheated to win.
