Dissidia's FFXIV character

It's a very subjective decision, but as a Lominsan/Maelstrom I would have to pick Y'shtola since imo she has the coolest abilities in the game and they would translate to Dissidia attacks very well (deflect/absorb bullets, block axe with bare hands, make clones, forcefield etc).

The GC leaders are all badass (Merlwyb <3) but I just don't see them as playable characters, like it would take away their prestige as our leaders or something...

Hildibrand would be awesome as a side character that comes in once in a while during the story as comic relief (like Gilgamesh has become), but I don't see him as a pickable fighter either.

For bad guys, at this point I'd pick Nael van Darnus, but depending on when/if a new dissidia comes out, I may switch to Gaius.

If I had to pick only one (good or bad), probably Nael van Darnus as a Chaos character...

Yea, this is a fact and I'm sure many players were waiting for it but disappointed in the end, but once vita gets that Monster Hunter, you know it's a wrap. I thought I read something that it was in the works, but didn't see anything at TGS, hopefully it'll be announced soon.

And candidate for Dissidia would definitely be Louisnoix. Sorry if misspelled.

And Hildibrand? He'd be good to give instruction to the game for the XIV characters.

I think Hildebran is a better choice because we interact with him more. He has the potential to be great.

Louisoix is cool, awesome job to what he did in the cutscene, but... if you never cared for primal weapons, like me, then you hardly talked to him.

By the way, does anyone know what the name of the hairstyle Y'shtola has? Such a cute hairstyle.

For the Hero, It would have to be the Marauder/Warrior considering how he's becoming somewhat of an icon for FFXIV lately (see End of an Era trailer and 25th Anniversary poster). He should also have a system similar to Lightning's Paradigm Shift where he "changes weapons" and becomes either Warrior, Archer, or Paladin/Gladiator

His first appearance was as a GM controlled character, just like those newspaper dudes that appear in town.

Also, I know I just voted for Louisoix, but I still wouldn't rule out Minfilla, since she has also got a costume redesign for ARR. She'll be important again soon, me thinks.
