The journalist is literally sourced there. You can look at their past. Also again, it’s apparently credible enough that one of the authors, Anonymoose, wrote one of the lore books for the game as well. So take with that what you will.

I checked, it sources only articles they wrote for the site, which are copy pasted from official news or translated using Google Translator.

Japan is the home of Sumo Wrestlers, being large carriaged in Japan is actually socially acceptable in their culture and has been for centuries.
