The Devs have been on record fairly regularly that there will be NO systems for grading player skill level. This is not meant to be a hard game.

While improvement should be applauded, players do not need to improve as long as they're clearing the content.

This is meant to be Disneyland, where even your old grandpa can hang out and have a good time without feeling left out, even if he doesn't do the big roller coasters (aka hard raids).

Also, on a personal note: Take a breath. Get some coffee. You're lashing out at people and are getting upset because people are calling out your BS.

You're not a fairy, but you might be a troll. And not the fantasy type.
