To be fair more branching paths for jobs would be interesting, but very unlikely given their feelings towards smn and sch.

They tried it in Bozja, and it didn't work out. Players seem to largely prefer role restrictions, rather they can't handle it when there isn't.

This thread already went way to far. From an ingame problem.

I think trying to build more confidence as a Tank would be a healthier step, rather than hoping the games job structure will change in unrealistic ways. There were a couple of statements in your original post that kind of indicated you probably aren't playing your job well, so a lot of the conclusions people came to in this thread are fairly reasonable.

And the OP now is resorting to claiming that people are telling them what they are feeling which is incorrect, since no one was claiming such things and was just pointing out how they were acting in the thread.
