Well you have to pay twice no? Once for the first plot and once for the second.

Also i don’t think relocaters get advantage on any new plots. Just plots with timers.

A lot of us do like the Goblet. I mean it was the first place I got a house when I didn’t know much about it, and now it’s just home.

I will move if/when I can go to Ishgard, but I honestly don’t see why the hate for the goblet :D

Have you ever thought that people may have had something happen in real life that had kept them from logging in? Just because someone doesn't log in, doesn't mean they weren't using their house.
Take it from someone who had a large and used it every day until something happened that kept me from logging in and lost it.

Also, your correct about housing items and gil, but only if you login within 30 days (?) to pick it up from the NPC. Otherwise, it all get deleted. Gil, housing items (even mogstation items bought with real money).

A big advantage of relocating is you get to do so at a discount. And another is that you can bypass the timer entirely. So yes, they get an advantage on any plots recently demolished as well as newly added ones since they can pick and choose at a discount and without limits.

I think it's because people think it's the least aesthetically pleasing location. I have seen some bad plot locations though, there's this one I was looking at yesterday, on the side of a cliff, pretty much surrounded by walls.

For me, I just want to move, because my City State is Gridannia, so I should have a home in Gridania. I would make an exception for expansion housing though.

You can also get some furnishings for relatively cheap by doing beast tribe dailies to level your crafting. A win/win.

Oh yeah, I've been putting off leveling crafting for years. That beast tribe in particular has some really nice items. Love that, and I LOVE the mount they give too. I've missed out on quite a few desirable beast tribe items, because I don't craft. Looks like housing will now be added to the list.

Hey Sturm I am over on Lamia. If you need furniture I'll craft whatever you want, Until you get your crafting up. Dont worry about price I dont charge unless its something pricey like the trophies for the current Extremes or requires map materials.
