Can confirm, it got me out of QuaryHELL.
btw: I'm a EU player on a US server.

I heard some vpns make it work on the PC, I'm a Ps4 player but I've seen countless people relying on vpns such as Wtfast to connect, it seems to be a work around till they fix this

VPN didnt work for me... and I'm stuck at The Fringes for 3 days already.

I got unstuck with the config Jozu provided, but I want to add my experience with this issue.
I have a second character on the same world and a third, new one that I created on the same day my problems started, on Louisoix. None of these two characters were affected by this issue and I was able to play normally with them, though didn't try for long. I am a South American player with 2 characters on NA server, but only one character got stuck. My character on EU server was okay. I was sure it was NOT a connection issue and my configuration was almost identical to Jazu's, only MTU was default. No idea why changing only that worked...

I followed these settings and now I'm on the second omega quest, crossing fingers, ty Jozu:)

While I appreciate people posting workarounds for PS4 players. I rreally hope that SE does not think the problem has been dusted away. THIS IS STILL A PROBLEM - so staff need to work this shit out ASAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP - its annoying for all EU players on any NA data centre

WHY has there been 0 response about this for what 3 days now?

I see :/ Tried Pingzapper? It's one of the vpns that people are using now till they fix this

Since I did Jozu's net settings advice I have no disconnection whatsoever!! Any idea why?
