Just because the warrior of light is a nice good guy black mage, doesn't mean that the essence of the class isn't pure destructive force. So much so the entirety of it's class quests is spent essentially fighting against it.

Danger is not Evil. IS a storm evil? is electricity Evil? is a car? The fact that people who abuse black magic are evil is true.. but that is EQUALLY true of every other job. If you think potential for abuse is evil then they all are. Each and every job deals with those who might abuse its power on some level. The idea that Black magic is some how super evil when every DOW class is "I learn to use items to kill people" is a joke.

Also Egi aren't spirits, they are construct born of your will, Personal Primals.

Paladin/Crusader can be viewed as the most evil thing, from another standpoint. Just because the laws say that they're allowed to kill people of other countries/religions doesn't make them "good".

I find it more like the most evil and most stupid when they believe that they're justified to kill people because of religions.

Dark Knight is secretly more chaotic good than lawful good. The only reason, the single only reason they aren't lawful good is that they are willing to break the law to uphold the law. Beyond that, they're warriors who just happen to use dark magics fueled by their emotions, the most powerful wellspring of this magic being the feeling we call love.
