Sea horrors + a boat that rocks, absolutely. Even when it's clean weather and easy sailing, the horizon should gently go up and down slightly as the boat moves. Maybe we could pass a small island or two on the way. Better yet, have birds sitting in the water. Stuff like this would be great. Sea horrors should be bad-weather only, however it should be possible to fish them up. Undead pirates at night!
