So I got though to SE - and they can resent the email if you didn't get it. They saw my order, said it was good and processed, and just resent the email to me!
So if anything just call them they can confirm if it went though and resend the email for you! :)

You all are panicking about not getting your copy, and I am calling SE to cancel the duplicates that were accidentally ordered. =/ I have an $800 hold on my credit card because FIVE copies of the CE game were placed (I know I won't be charged until it ships, but the hold is bad for me). I guess that's what I get for refreshing the page, but... the email took forever and I never got a confirmation page! Aaaaahhhhhh. Also, I thought the limit was two per customer? Somehow I ordered five on one account? Uh...
This hold music, and the recording, is maddening... lol.
My wife and I both got our CE's without any issue, so hopefully it starts working as well for others. Just glad that I actually got one, I was going to be disappointed if I ended up finding it sold out.
Well I finally got mine to work, thank goodness.
I tried closing and re-opening the browser.
I tried using Chrome, IE, and Firefox.
I tried deleting and re-adding the item to my cart.
I tried logging in and out of my account.
I disabled my firewall.
I disabled my pop-up blocker.
I tried ordering it on 5 different computers and 3 different phones.
What actually worked?
Restarting my computer.

I'd love to give SE my money and successfully order. Steamdaddy Gaben says no though, so I can't!
Is the pre-order bonus code only available from SE directly? According to Gamestop, there is no bonus when pre-ordering.

I just woke up and perordered the physical CE with no problem at all. i guess its not all that limited it its still open at 8:40 pm est
I didn't have a problem with the cart or anything, until I got to the place order option. It has been saying "Please wait while your payment information is verified by our banking services. This may take up to 1 minute." for over an hour now, and I never even got an email yet. But it does show the 50 cents on my bank account for the check card authorization. I have to go to work soon and was hoping this would be cleared up by now. D:
