And as you know, they copied a lot of stuff from FF3 also, Crystal Tower, AF armor designs warriors of light, the crystals etc.

Just because they put these summons in as dungeon bosses, doesn't mean they can't reuse them elsewhere. Before Siren was placed in Pharos Sirius, she was made into a main story quest fight, one that was an allusion to the Siren fight in Final Fantasy V (in the Ship Graveyard). Nothing is stopping them from re-using these summons in another manner in the future. For reference, here's a list of past Final Fantasy summons which exist in Final Fantasy XIV so far:

For others, emphasis has been shifted away from them being all powerful beings into beings which populate Eorzea as a race or group (Tonberries, Sylphs, Chocobos, Moogles). As people can see, they've already added a good deal of summons and re-purposed them to fit the story in some way.

Is Belias actually in-game or there's just a Belias egi? I think it's the latter.

i you look at this, it's part of the minor summons of the FF lore so far. then i'm not shocked more than this.

for diabolos it's only 4 game:
- Final Fantasy 6
- Final Fantasy 8
- Final Fantasy 11
- Final Fantasy 12

for Siren it's 2 game:
- Final Fantasy 6
- Final Fantasy 8

ps: i didn't count the not main episode like FF 12: Revenant wing or game like FF dimension... soo far people complain because they are them favorite, i can understand this, but they are far to be part of the most important FF summons.

It's the latter, but it's the simple fact that the essence of what he is exists in the game in some way.

People will complain about anything...

People need to chill out, Siren and Fenrir are of comparable power ratings in most FF.

Fenrir being super special was FFXI only
