Hacked account. No information given when suspended
My friend, Choc Semnal had an unwanted access on his account and apparently was suspended with no notification and no way to petition it. He prompty changed his password and added a security token, so how can he go about fixing this? He can't even log in to post on his own so he has absolutely no help. Add that with the fact he cannot get a hold of customer support due to him having work during those hours and it's pretty much GG. Is there ANYTHING that can be done.
He JUST subscribed for 90 days as well as a long time player of the original XIV and FFXI.
