I would love if we could use our repair abilities no matter which class we're in. Swapping from weaver-leatherworker-goldsmith-alchemist and having to hunt through the armory to repair stuff is more work than it is worth. I end up just using the mender which is so sad. Just make repair a global command that is based off the levels of each of your crafts, so we can click "repair all" and repair our currently worn gear please.

i am feeling the same way. Considering they spread the repair for most classes into 4-6 crafts, I have to switch class that many times (maybe more), then hunt through my armory for that piece of gear that needs repair. The mender is much faster and only cost a few hundred gils more. Not to mention carrying around 5 different types of dark matter means I lost 5 slots of valuable inventory space.
I think they should just make 1 type of dark matter. Have a repair all button that consumes 1 unit of dark matter to repair all your equipped items that you can repair. -

It is confusing why in a game of Unlock the ability to blink, breathe or fart they decided the repair function wasn't simply an unlock when you hit a class level.

agreed. honestly they should drop the dark matter cost anyway. It isn't much more expensive to repair at the mender (and certainly less of a pain). if they made it simply you could repair with an equivalent craft class level, it'd give people more reason to actually level crafts. cause you know... there kinda gimped.

Have to agree it is stupid that we have to change class to repair. If we have the craft leveled then we should be able to. Possible way if wanting a quest could be once at 30 of class give us a crystal similar to job ones. Once we have this then we can repair with whatever class crystal we put in.

I completely agree...and another big side affect is during gathering you lose all your GP...please let me repair without switching classes! Obviously I have the class to repair just make it so!
