About Perception & HQ Rates

Is 15% the default hard cap, or is it possible to get higher?

I'm curious because I am currently 46 MIN, and I was thinking at 50 of just piling on the +perception materia to boost it even higher. But I'm starting to wonder if instead I'd be better off with either more gathering (so I can have 100% gather rate on all items), GP, or primary stats for node bonuses (MIN is what, VIT & STR?)

IIRC you need 326 to even have a chance of HQing on unspoiled nodes.

You have 0% chance until then, which means buffs won't work.

Ah OK, good to know. So having +Perception Materia won't be a waste. tyvm!
