I am just wondering if the models and textures are place-holders. AK gear for example looks incredibly poor compared to early dungeon gear such as the Battlemage or the Acolyte Sets for DoMs.
Any word on this?
I know there are more pressing matters but I am still curious about this :)
I thinks its strange gear doesnt improve in looks with level but rather with rarity only.
Everything should be Coliseum gear.
because they've been very lazy with the gear overall. most of it is a retexture/recolor of another gear.
even blm/smn Darklight robe is the same as whm/sch, just different color.

on the other hand maybe it is intentional, as to not overload the client (PS3 in particular) with too many different models.
still sad, though
