11070 error on ps3

I'm getting a 'server not responding' when I try to log in with my square enix ID. Started happening today. Any ideas what's happening?

Same. On PS3. I get either server not responding or unable to to complete version check or black screen. I see PS network has scheduled maintenance in a couple of days. Maybe that will resolve things, maybe not.

It randomly started working.... I did turn cookies off in my Internet browser though, but it wasn't working right after I did that.
