Anyone know the link for Live Chat Support or the Phone Line for NA?
I had to waste a final fantasy xiv key awhile back because I mistakenly registered the first key I entered. Meaning I pretty much just wasted 2 months worth of subscription.
Already tried submitting a ticket but those guys are hopeless...

Select 'Accounts/ID' then, 'Compromised Account'.

A chat support button should show up after.

the chat option disappears at certain times of day/week too, so you have to be trying during their hours of operation. Basically just need to go through the contact us pages at the support portal until you see your then currently available contact options displayed.

I only see Email Support =(

Yep... first non-paid result was right to the contacts page from the original portal:

Supposed to be 09:00-18:00, M-F (PDT)... but the link there points to a page concerning XI and not XIV.

lol... apparently, it's currently up for XI on the original schedule, but not XIV. Maybe you can get some info there anyway?

Was actually able to get to the proper chat options from the XIV support page, just had to follow the right track to begin with. SE needs to fix their links I guess. Got here by clicking the Support link in the XIV launcher:

Click the big blue button about billing issues. Scroll down and hit the button for "Additional Assistance". Fill out the form appropriately as usual, and eventually it should lead you to a page with the same basic layout as that one I found for XI. This should lead you to live chat support if it is currently open.

Weird, what I posted worked for me when I had to use the chat function.

Yeah... always worked for me in the past regardless of how I linked to the portal. Seems like they made changes at the portal but didn't update all the referral links or something. Bad side effect of having your stuff spread out all over the place like this I guess. One thing the old POL site did have in it's favor regardless of it's shortcomings--the methods for getting info on XI was fairly consistent. They need to get back to a more centralized design again for disseminating information.
