Anyone? I didnt see any news
Staffs are still busy playing with themselves dont expect se to keep their promises ;) it will just disappoint you.
Their promise to expand server? Nope. Still char creation is close.
Their promise to expand instance server? Nope. Still have to wait 1hour even with full party.
Their promise to make this game worth subscribing? Nope. Clearly the myth cap is just some delaying tactic.
So you get the point.
So is this like the 10th thing SE has failed to do as promised? At what point are we willing to state that we've had it? Server transfers were promised because of the complete cluster f*$& at launch. I'm not sure what everyone else thinks, but personally I think this is ridiculous. It's almost like the whole thing is a joke to them.
They're still coming. Despite what 90% of people on these forums seem to believe, the terms "we're aiming for/hoping to/planning to" do not mean "it will be". Unless they give a specific date, it's still tentative. With the extra server work over the past month, you should've expected some things to be pushed back from their original, estimated dates.
How is "mid-September" not a specified date? So it would have been different if they stated September 15 and then pushed it to October? I don't think that's different at all. And, I shouldn't "expect" to have stuff pushed back because of failures before hand. You don't change your fucking date AFTER it passes. That's like you going to the store on a Monday on your delivery date and then your item not being there, and you keep going back every day until Friday, and THEN telling you it will be in October. You wouldn't have accepted it then, why would you accept it now?
You said "SE promised mid-September". SE said "scheduled for mid-September". (link) There is a difference.
And before you or others scream "but SE promised us we could transfer ANYWHERE": SE also said "Due to fluctuations in World populations, certain Worlds may not be available for transfer."
Yes, there's actually a huge difference between a projected and promised date. "We're aiming/hoping for mid-September" is nowhere near the same thing as "It will be fully operational on X date" or "It will be ready some time mid-September." We received an initial projection, an estimate, not a promise. The server team needs to assist with making the service possible and as I'm sure you're aware, they've been occupied with upgrading the hardware in order to make things stable.
